This company lies & no work life balance - Recensione dipendente - Event Coordinator presso Main Event

This company does not care for you. When I was hired I was promised PTO will start after 6 months, that bonus was commission based, and that we get paid holidays for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This was all lies. This company will lie just to get you hired and then throw everything they promised you out the window. They don't care about seeing employees thrive and are a profit driven even if it means you dont get a day off for 2 weeks. Don't work here in any kind on leadership capacity unless you want to be taken advantage of and lied to.
