i have worked at MLH for over 12 years. Up until the last 4 to 5 years it was great. I love my coworkers and always had the flexibility I needed to do my part time job and balance it out with personal stuff.

Svantaggi

In recent years the management has become more arrogant and seems to push more and more stuff on their charges, while doing whatever they can to minimize their own workload.

Meaningful work with opportunities to use and develop your skills as an electrician. Competitive pay and benefits. Chance to work in a hospital environment with a variety of electrical systems.

Svantaggi

Lack of transparency regarding shift expectations during the hiring process. Work-life balance can be challenging, especially for employees with families. Scheduling and communication with new hires could be improved. Promised opportunities and timelines may not align with the reality of the position.
