1. A political environment 2. Poor salary for staffs within grade level supervisor and below. In a nutshell the salary is not competitive and obviously not industry standard. 3. Promotion is delayed and sometimes not guaranteed. 4. No work life balance, the work load is exhausting. 5. Attrition rate is quite high. 6. HR needs to be more engaging and not wait till you resign before checking on staff wellbeing. 7. 13th month and Leave allowance are basic contribution deducted from your salary. Most top telecoms (IHS, ATC etc) give you 13th month salary which is same as your monthly salary. 8. Training for staff is really poor 9. God status feeling for some senior executive
