I would say, my supervisor was amazing for the all things they had to deal and put up with. There was a lot of drama in that office, they handled it like a pro.

The office drama that went on the office just amazes me. I remember a Tech coming in our small call center space and cry because they were scheduled for a different site. Even though, it was always expected that it could come up. Honestly it was most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

Jobs here are easy as can be, good schedule

Co workers are hit or miss. Some of them are nuts, most are nice, most are good. No real patient care, cattle drive production style office. Sales oriented atmosphere with an odd appeal-to-boomer marketing style. These guys know that their business can mostly be replaced by vending machines so they cling onto antiquated markets and sales tactics to extract the last cash from a dying market. Products sold often had features that didnt actually work, we were pushed to upsell to updated designs and coatings when the real world differences did not justify the costs for patients. With that said, it is the eyewear industry so this is all normal.
