      Great projects with high level team. Work from home. Great Studio building. Good benefits with health plan.

      Confusing management that shows little respect for professionals. Production and intense pace are more important than quality. Junior producers with little experience micromanage and act in a non-transparent and disrespectful manner towards art professionals. Art is always disregarded due to deadlines. There are no channels to seek help in situations of disrespect and moral harassment of employees.

      The Director was excellent to work with and communication clear. We skyped quite a bit and collaboration was fantastic. I was given quite a lot of creative freedom and trust! Pay was decent for freelance.

      The downside of my pay was that HR communicated they had to pull funds from other freelancers pay to accommodate me...true or not I don't know, but it wasn't in anyone's best interest to share that in a negotiation...
