It's great to be working for a company that is supportive in every way. They give you the tools you need to do your work efficiently and effectively. If you need assistance with something, any one would be able to help-whether it is a warehouse employee, a product designer, or sales director-we are all here to help each other to build a successful company to grow even more. It's very simple-if you do your job and do it efficiently, the job will reward itself.

We are a small company, but we are mighty! Sometimes one person has to wear many, many hats and it can be overwhelming at times. But with a supportive staff behind you, you will be able to accomplish any given task at hand!

You get a paycheck. And you have good relationships with your customers you work with. That’s about the extend of the pros

They track everything you do via a company phone designed “to help you,” they are bcc on every single email you send, the product doesn’t retail and when customers stop ordering mgmt gets mad at you and says it’s your fault. They pretty much design product that is a cheaper quality than name brand items so there’s nothing original about anything. Most customers you find that are new have never even heard of the company even though they say it’s the “fastest growing wholesale company.” It’s all good at first but then they start berating you at the first sign of struggling. The turnover is extremely high in the office and as far as sales reps go. You get expense money but it’s based on orders so if you make 15 appts only 5 of them order bc you’re new or they are, you aren’t reimbursed for gas or anything so you lose money. They constantly change the contract and make you sign the new changes whenever they feel like it. When you first interview the numbers they show you are from years ago when the company was actually doing well. It’s definitely not the money you make today. A lot of customers even said that they like the people working there but th product isn’t new—same things just in different colors or patterns

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to be as transparent as possible in the interview process about the expectations this position entails as well as compensation. We have changed our compensation package over time to include incentives for successful sales reps. This includes higher commission rates as well as bonuses based on meeting goals and opening new accounts. Based on our research, we feel we have an extremely competitive and fair package to offer new sales reps for our industry. All of our product is designed in-house. We have new product introductions 3-4 times a year which includes extensive market introductions. We work towards creating on-trend products with our own MSC twist! For those that have never heard of MSC – that’s why we hire reps! To expand brand knowledge and open new accounts. It’s a fabulous opportunity for reps to capture new business.
