- Lack of any training or personal development within the company which is promised during the hiring process. - Culture of cronyism, biased hiring and lack of diversity, with non performers on payroll, whilst keyworkers receive no salary incentives for working hard. - Account mangers sell solutions to the customer that cannot be accommodated within the support teams or escalation paths. - Hiring advertisements are dishonest for anyone not in sales position - You are expected to play down issues to customers. - Too many directors get involved in the smallest of things.
