Working at MAF was an absolute nightmare. My boss was a manipulative snake who seemed to take pride in terminating employees for sport. The workplace operates like a Lebanese mafia, with favoritism and politics ruling every decision. HR is completely biased—being Lebanese themselves, they didn’t even bother to listen to my side of the story or address genuine concerns. The culture is toxic, and there’s zero accountability at the leadership level. Employees (senior level too) are treated as disposable, and any attempt to voice issues is met with hostility or outright ignorance. It’s a place where personal vendettas trump professionalism, and hard work is overshadowed by politics and alliances. Richard and michel bou sada in culinary need to fired immediately for creating the worst environment for their employees. Michel is the embodiment of office politics and the worst boss anyone could ever work under. His leadership style is toxic, fostering division and favoritism while prioritizing personal agendas over the team’s well-being. Employees are left feeling undervalued, demotivated, and constantly on edge due to his manipulative and self-serving approach. Rather than building a cohesive and supportive workplace, Michel thrives on creating conflict and mistrust, making it nearly impossible for anyone to succeed or feel secure in their role. Immediate intervention is essential to salvage the organization’s culture and morale.
