Vantaggi

Opportunity for lots of responsibilities and experience to possibly set you up for the next job. Most of the staff gets to travel to the events, where you'll find a great environment because of the passionate fan base. There's also some hard working employees and it's a relatively fun atmosphere in the office if you can bear all the cons.

Svantaggi

Long hours and most employees are burnt out from the amount of work, which is unfortunate because of the low pay and absolutely no job security for anyone. Upper management doesn't truly care for anyone besides their circle of favorites. Poor direction from up top with company priorities constantly changing - feels like they're throwing paint on the wall and seeing what sticks.

Vantaggi

Working at MLG is amazing. The people that are behind this company are not only bright individuals but truly have a passion for what MLG is about (which is not the same at many companies). Everyone brings a little something to the table and when that is combined you get an amazing company to work for and be a part of. The ability to go to live events, monday breakfasts and after hour gaming is just a small portion of the benefits to MLG. Lastly the leaders are not behind closed doors and out of sight. There is a very transparent feel here at MLG as every employee is up to date on what is going on in every department and upper management. To sum this up, MLG is just as great to work for as many of you would assume.

Svantaggi

Communication with managers is not that great. Discussions get lost in never ending email chains, direct messages, ect. When things hit the fan rather than finding a solution people would rather point their fingers to blame. Of course this has gotten better since management themselves admit to this fault, but its still not perfect.
