They do it in different months in order to avoid External Audits. -Values: Open Investigation when sick (even if you have a doctor certificate) -Values: Working weekends for free. -Values: Staff are micro-managed to the extreme, all breaks (including toilet breaks) need to be registered in to an online system so they can measure how long each staff toilet break takes -Deficient private insurance / poor benefits.
