Any cons about this company in my time here is a symptom of Capitalism and Systemic Racism. This company, in my personal opinion, provided me with the privilege of working with a reliable, intelligent and caring team, while also meeting my own personal expectations around the topic of race and identity. Others may feel differently, and I'm inclined to believe their narrative, if their experience is different. I am cis-gendered South Asian male on the Tech team and can only speak to that experience.
