Not Recommended - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Makespace!

I spent a few years with Makespace (yes I'm a woman) and was always treated with respect and was promoted through the company. Management and the team is focused on clients first but the team is like family to eachother. The work is amazing and I kinda regret leaving now that I see agency life from another office.

Don't do a lot of cultural events

I’m the current VP here at Makespace and I came on board six months ago after selling my Pandora Jewelry stores in Louisville and Lexington back in October, 2017. Having over a decade of experience running my own companies and managing hundreds of employees, the leadership team felt I would be a perfect fit to come into Makespace as a leader and assist in driving the company forward. I don’t know the previous employee/s that continues to try and smear Makespace’s name on GlassDoor, but I do know what the culture of Makespace is today, because I take personal responsibility for it. I have the great pleasure of running this company along side a fantastic leadership team on a daily basis, that is committed to excellence in every aspect of the business. Our team of professionals are incredibly passionate about the work they do and are driven to improve their crafts every single day. I couldn’t be more proud of the work they’re doing and how that work positively affects our client’s businesses. Makespace is also growing very rapidly. Having added over a half dozen new team members since my own arrival, their energy has continued to have a positive impact on the company as a whole. We are a team and it shows. I think I speak for most everyone on our current staff when I say, I’m proud to be at Makespace. We have great things ahead of us.

I personally have zero cons. I love what I do. I get to flex my creative muscles, lead an energized team and collaborate with sharp business owners to help them reach new heights. I love it.
