Some fantastic people to work with at a peer to peer level. If you don’t have many values you will get on OK. Great to see more females in senior roles too.

HR and policies are very 1980’s. The HR team on site I found are very clicky and it’s uncomfortable to see how they treated some people and was a reason I left. It’s not an innovative forward thinking business in terms of how staff are treated but as I said, peer group are great. Very militant regime and again, if you comply you are absolutely fine but it’s really not nice to see how they treat those who don’t.
