Toxic work atmosphere where getting berated in front of your team is a regular occurrence. The CEO and guy leading on the quant team are both horrible, tone deaf, and abusive. I got penalised and let go for leaving at 5pm and this was cited as a reason for me not passing probation. Minimum feedback and growth opportunities. I have no idea how these guys haven't gone bust already due to their horrible and shady business practices.
