Basically No pros but there are few like, After working under Extreme workload and pressure You can easily survive in any bad company. Even You will find hell as a better place than this company. You can learn and work on older technologies like VB. Net which are now outdated. They are not adopting new projects but you can learn how to code patches everywhere. Less space for lunch but you can learn how to adjust 4 people in space of 2 people for lunch.

Less salary and less increment. Ridiculous company policy. You'll always feel stress because of HR and seniors's pressure and you can't resign because of bond. Hr and seniors behaves like developers are slaves. Older technologies. Under knowledge seniors. Liers : They are lie about having project in MVC or Angular but they're Working on VB.Net not even in C#. Bond. They're giving leaves just for formality but it will never getting approved so your salary will cut for every leave even though you have leaves.
