Sloppy. Lazy. Inconsistent. Favoritism. They lack communication and given their age, you would think these people have grown out of that mentality. This company could be so much more, however it's the people they have 'running' it that ruins the image and mission as a company and what it stands for. They only look out for themselves at the end of the day, they build on fake relationships like any other company does. There is no transparency with the people that work for this company. One day they will say you're doing great and the next, they pull from right under you. The 'managers' constantly talk about each other and of associates that work for every shop. I swear they are faker than actual plastic itself. I do not recommend this place at all. It's built on a foundation of lies. More specifically, stay away from the shop in Venice.
