      Managers were too busy with everything and left training to other staff members who were already over worked. people were quitting left and right.

All managers in our company attend a workshop check into management workshop, which help to ensure our teams are looked after and given support. We do work hard with the managers with recruitment.       Hi There, Thanks for your reveiw. Glad you have enjoyed your time at Malmaison. We do offer a range of flexible contracts designed to work around both the employee and the needs of the hotel. These contracts do help maintain a work/ life balance but we do acknowledge that during peak times some shifts may seem longer than others. Ben
