- Teams and employees have a lot of flexibility in how they approach their work and can often own projects from beginning to end. - "Test and learn" approach makes it safe to try and fail - Strong company culture with lots of people who are fun to work with - Executive leadership is transparent and accessible - This scaleup has a clear path to profitability and a business model that makes sense (this is overlooked too often imo)
Svantaggi
- Malt can be a pretty chaotic place to work. This stems from the rapid growth it is experiencing and the trust and autonomy granted to employees. Overall the trade-off is worth it, but it might not be for everyone. I don't mind the chaos myself, but people who need a lot of structure might have a hard time at Malt. - Not enough diversity at higher levels of leadership (Malt is working on this, but it will take time)
