It one of the worst managed companies. The MD thinks no end of himself and treats the employees as slaves because they he’s paying them. Only one way communication from top to lower levels. Senior management has lots to speak about the MD but no one has the spine to say it. They don’t value you, your time or your efforts. You’ll be shuffled continuously between sites and then pressured about Sales Target. Biased Unprofessional And pathetic work culture.
