Privately owned and you work closely with the Managing Partners. ManageForce is large enough that there is structure, best practices firmly in place, and great references with many large companies we support, but small enough that the owners/management care and are involved directly with the employees, customers, and overall well-being of the company. The company has been growing year over year, even 40+% in the last two years, so it's been great to be a part of this success.

As mentioned previously the hours can be long, but management is good about working with you on working around family obligations and the financial benefits are worth it.

Central suburban location - Oak Brook, Illinois. If you're a billable employee/consultant, you won't have to see as much ugliness as the rest of the employees.

Extremely toxic environment (yelling, stomping, paranoia, crying...yeah). Penny wise and pound foolish to an extreme. No management. Just flat organizational structure reporting to two very unhappy owners...to put it nicely. Least flexible work environment I've experienced (contrary to other reviewer's "observations"). Owner looks through the blinds in his office to see how many times you use the bathroom each day.
