First, let me tell you that I have never worked for such an honest, customer focused, driven company. I deal with new clients interested in our software and existing customers. Our company has had a 99% retention rate since opening our doors. That is astounding. Between the caring nature and knowledge of the company founders (whom are always here at the crack of dawn and available for any sort of support needed) and staff paired with such a fantastic software system there really is no going wrong. Our customer service is ALWAYS reachable during business hours with the knowledge to provide the proper assistance to property managers, office staff, and tenants.
Also, I am well versed in the back end of the software and let me tell you, the system being packed full of features along with a seamless, user friendly interface make our system uniquely superior. The company is up do date with new trends and needs of PMC's and tenants so our system is constantly getting new features added. We are progressive but also allow for the not so tech savvy individuals to easily use our system.
I am proud to work for a company that is run in such a meticulous manner. I have strived to withhold a certain standard of integrity, compassion, performance and knowledge with every job I have had. I am finally with a company that performs with the same set of standards.
