Bad Management - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Managed Care Systems

I worked as a care manager for almost a year in the San Luis Obispo office and it was the worst company that I have ever worked for. The management is horrible and they treat the staff horrible as well. There is no communication, they barely acknowledge you and yet expect a great deal. There is minimal to no training or support. You are expected to review authorizations in a timely manner but they don't provide the support or training. The manager does not know what he is doing and the VP is just as bad. Human resources has many complaints but they are hands off as well. I do not recommend this company for anybody to work at. Very high turn over rate and unhappy employees.
