1. Do not know how to handle difficult customers and allow their own employees to get yelled and cussed at by the customers without any response or consequences. 2. Request to work abroad and/or unpaid time were both rejected during a time of bereavement and effectively terminated when discovered working abroad since tickets were already purchased and did not want to let my family travel abroad alone. What kind of company does this? Answer in #3. 3. Luckily, an ex-coworker who also had a very unpleasant experience with this company warned me about this company and I was able to mentally prepare in advance. This ex-coworker who's from England was offered a job from this company and moved from England to the US for this job, only to have the offer rescinded after he moved here. This just about the most F'd up thing I've heard that any company has done. And voila, there's your answer for what type of company would do such a thing. 4. No bonuses, only 7 paid holidays, and expected to work after hours all the time.
