-If you are here long enough, you will probably work your way up to be the Vice President of a division even if you are grossly under qualified -Depending on your manager, your job might not be too horrible -Flexible work hours -The company does actually do some cool work and you’ll get good experience

-No work from home days besides a select few, even if your job can absolutely be done from home -Benefits are atrocious. I guess they’re fine if you don’t have a spouse or children, love paying a ridiculously high deductible, and don’t ever plan on retiring. The company 401K only matches $400 PER YEAR. And you have to pay out of pocket to insure your spouse and children because “they don’t work for MSA” -People who run the company/some of the division VPs have their heads so far into the sand that they really can’t see and don’t understand why turnover it so high. -The pay is ridiculously low compared to the market rate in Pittsburgh and the raises are comical if you’re even lucky to get one at all. -There are no promotions, only lateral movements.
