As a Centre Manager, my 1–2 years of service at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) has been an exceptionally enriching and professionally rewarding journey. The institution provides a progressive work environment that actively encourages innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the practical application of emerging technologies—particularly Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare domain. I have gained valuable hands-on experience in managing academic and operational initiatives, contributing to skill-based learning, and supporting research-driven programs aligned with real-world healthcare challenges. MREI’s strong emphasis on employee growth, ethical leadership, and future-ready education has significantly enhanced my professional competence and confidence. I am deeply grateful to the Chairman for the visionary leadership, the Director for constant guidance and encouragement, and the Dean for academic mentorship and unwavering support. There are no cons as such in the system apart from slight delays in service access, as lots of approvals are needed; I guess that is the same in many universities.
