Where to even begin. There is zero professionalism and ethics seem not to exist. If you ask for help or guidance, you are not given any. There is obvious favoritism. Work standards are not the same for everyone. They put inexperienced people in positions they are not suitable for. They will hire anyone that applies. They do not care about the safety of children. They only care about getting money from parents who think their children are in good hands. You can do everything right and above and beyond, and they are still not satisfied with your work or how you do things. Do not work here unless you want to be abused and overworked.
