Very flat hierarchy whereby leadership is very open and accessible to the business. I've worked in many corporates and larger PLCs, and for some great people, but the culture at Mando really stands out as open, supportive and really aimed at getting the best out of people across the business. It's not just about professional development, but about making Mando a place where people want to work - and I think they do this really well.
