We work remotely with no micromanagement, expectations are high but reasonable, and the compensation and benefits are generous. The leadership team is what stands out most. They're hardworking and humble, engaged in the day-to-day, and approachable in a way that's rare at their level. I've felt valued since day one, and I'm proud of the products and their potential to enrich the lives of those we serve. In a decade across several employers, I haven't found anywhere close.
