I have been working at Mango Languages for 3 years, and I am very impressed with the opportunities the company offers to employees who were not born in the United States. They provide an inclusive environment that allows everyone to learn and grow as professionals. I have personally taken advantage of this and have seen a significant improvement in my skills and abilities since joining the company. At the beginning of 2023, the company went through a challenging time due to some layoffs. However, I am happy to say that things are starting to look up since then. The company has been able to create a healthier and happier work environment by parting ways with employees who weren't aligned with the company's mission or core values. This has resulted in a more positive and collaborative workplace culture, which I am grateful to be a part of. The company offers good health benefits and a 401k match, which I appreciate. Additionally, we are a remote company, which has allowed me to have a good work-life balance. I am also excited about the opportunity to learn a new language with a fully paid coach, which I plan on taking advantage of this year. My manager is open to my suggestions and ideas, and I feel respected in my role. As far as my coworkers, they are amazing and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. This has made my experience working at Mango even better.
