There are none at this point. They use to have good people, and a strong company social engagement, but all the good people either escaped or were "made redundant", and they don't even have company events anymore. Example: for Christmas they had they had no bonuses, no gifts, and not even a company event.

Top down management Routine redundancies (very unpleasant to never know if you or one of your team members are next) Poor technical level No innovation Suffocating endless processes and overhead Constant changing priorities and requirements Poor advancement opportunities

Since owned by an investment company, the overall direction seems really different. I feel is becoming worst. CTO is not invested in tech.
