Everything else, Management is inexperienced, arrogant, and they only care about their German employees, who are paid and treated better. The company came to SC because it is a low wage state and they intend to keep it that way. The disrespect you'll get every day will give you ulcers, and its no wonder the company has such high turnover. There are much better options for employment...don't fall for their lies. You will regret it.
