This is a great welcoming atmosphere to work in. The company treats you like family not just like another faceless employee when you walk thru the doors. It's a constant moving and growing company that's always bubbling with new opportunities for everyone to advance to. These aren't cons to me but more insight towards future applicants whom may join. In this industry it is a laborious and hard working industry and involves being in all types of weather conditions year round unless completely serve. But, this company always ensures safety first for all of it's employees.
