There are good systems in place and upper management are very organized and willing to help. As a new employee I felt very welcomed. The culture is warm, professional, and kind. A great place to start your career and learn a lot or stay long term!

It is a small family-owned business so things are run differently than a large company, but they work hard to make sure staff and residents have what they need still.

Free parking. With all my duties (read my Cons), I am thankful for the nice coworkers who help me get through my shift.

I was hired as a CNA, but I'm also a housekeeper, a cook, a dishwasher, a podiatrist and in-charge of the laundry. Night duty means I also have to clean the bathroom. The sad thing is, I am only being paid as a CNA. If I get to work double shift, there is no over-time pay. I also serve as an Activity Aide sometimes and don't get paid for it. Combative patients can hurt you and there is no compensation for injuries.
