It is really surprising to read your review. While we empathize with your situation, we had to make some tough decisions, based on your performance and behavior, and misalignment to the client and company's goals. Over your tenure, we have discussed your growth and career path multiple times, your leadership team patiently worked with you and helped you handle many situations, especially situations related to deliverables, commitments, and tough discussions with the clients. Fundamentally, our value systems did not align and it was best for us to part ways. Also, we believe our policies have evolved over the last 13 years and are on par with the industry standards. If you have specific feedback on any of the policies, we will be more than happy to revisit them. More than anything, what is very disheartening to me the most is your comment on our management.
