- Reviews are obvious on the HR of this company. Highly unprofessional and just inefficient in making processes better. Team is not much better. - In 2020, employees were required to work in office 2 - 3 days a week. If any employee took leave on a work in office day, you need to compensate with a day back in office. Tells you a lot on culture. Dont think we will let you work from home comfortably - Very alpha leadership. No improvements / suggestions, just do what you’re told to do - Lost faith in the company during pandemic. Did not understand why employees are forced to return to office when it was highly unsafe. Nobody reporting anything to the ministry so this company was not reported. Employees internally will know all the dirty secrets.
