Great benefits, good clients to recruit for, good pay.

Very little communication from Sr. Management. When an e-mail is sent out to the employees about the progess of the company, they always focus on the negatives rather than the positives. Always telling us we need to improve rather than how far we have come in such a tough economy. They haven't tried to save some of their top recruiters because they want to pay people less. Quality comes with good pay. The recruiters are the reason the company is successful. They are the ones servicing the client. Not much recognition other than an annual trip.
