UNFAIR JOB DESCRIPTIONS & doesn’t hire laid off candidates - Recensione dipendente - Talent Sourcer presso Manpower

In job descriptions, they literally write they don’t hire laid off candidates! You must be in the exact role to get hired (also these posts are critiqued on LinkedIn) for being thoughtless and unfair. I hope they get sued. Why not hire someone who got laid off. This means a highly qualified sr sourcer FROM META OR GOOGLE isn’t qualified bc they ARE NOT A CURRENT SOURCER or were recently laid off?! (At a time when layoffs are significantly impacting so many) Does the company have common sense?? Check those corporate recruiters posts in WI.
