This is just CM's solo podcast nobody asked for. No other department gets to talk. Might as well rename it "The Profits & Punishment Hour." All she talks about is money, money, money. Bestie, this is recruitment. Not Wolf of Wall Street. We build relationships, not just spreadsheets. Now let’s talk about the daily ick. From department heads to the analyst has weekly one on ones with her. Her whole calendar? Blocked. Plus, have to submit weekly output reports. That’s hours of paperwork for people who should actually be talking to clients. So instead of doing our jobs, we're writing essays for Big Brother. It's giving surveillance state, not workplace. But wait, there's more. She turned our client managers into debt collectors. Like actually. They have to send payment chasing emails weekly basis before the due date. With interest threats. The Credit team now acts like they’re in a law drama threatening legal action for payments that aren't even late yet. Our managers used to build relationships. Now they're just sending "pay up bestie" emails with no rizz. And the consequences? Shocker. Clients have noticed. They know we’ve turned weird and aggressive. Years of trust? Gone.. They've noticed we went from partners to payment police. So of course we're losing projects... And our Country Manager? She's not even in the chat. Industry contacts don't know her. You can't win business if you never leave your spreadsheet cave. Meanwhile, inside the office? Toxic. People are quitting. Attrition is high. Why? Because you can get publicly humiliated in front of everyone for a tiny mistake. And if she really doesn't like you? Boom. PIP. But not a real one. A "we want you out" PIP. It's giving ✨hostile work environment✨. So yeah. She runs this place like a CFO who forgot we're human. No presence, no trust, no relationship building. Just numbers, pressure, and bad vibes all around. 💀
