The development and growth of all our employees is one of our priorities and we are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed your experience with us.
You share your perception of the lack of dissemination of know-how. Our values and practices, which drive us on a daily basis, do not allow for this. The many initiatives and training courses offered by our managers and our Manutan University aim to give everyone the keys to working in the best possible conditions.
At Manutan, we work in "agile" mode on many cross-functional projects, which enables us to boost internal collaboration and speed: it's true that we don't have time to be bored :)
