Laptops are not even provided. And guess what? Designers are not even provided design softwares either. The upper managements demand the employees to work overtime without pay, as everyone is always overloaded, and still has the nerve to fine those who are a little late to work. All the works here have to be done on a rush, so forget about building your portfolio. There is no career advancement here. You'll only get the old fashion exploitation here.
