The people were great and the company does a good job with extra perks around the office. The salary was competitive, as well as the insurance and benefits.

Because the company was in transition, there were times requiring rolling-up-your-sleeves and getting into some projects requiring difficult work under tight timelines. Nothing different than most small-to-mid size companies deal with.
