Generally speaking the mid management will listen to your suggestions (although not always use them) Projects are very broad and interesting. There appears to be a communication malfunction since Mapi bought Optum Life Sciences. Improving, but still not where it should be Some weaknesses in middle management (although weaknesses = opportunity for others) In terms of exposure, Mapi seem to be a "best kept secret". Much more investment needed in marketing so that others can see what employees see
