You're able to do so through a cold call, LinkedIn, or other method. Give an example of how you've solved this well in the past using an unconventional method and explain why you think it worked" 3. Attitude: "You are under a lot of pressure at work and are contacted by somebody referred by a friend who is interested in a job at your company. They are asking for a meeting with you but you're worried that it will take time and require legwork to help someone with no obvious payback. What's the right move". All these are open-ended but thought provoking. Are they troll questions? NO but I'd be as interested in the answers as I would in knowing whether someone preferred offense or defense in soccer. It's not the answer but the thinking that matters and if people find this offensive to ask, I think that's telling too.

this place sucks, you don't want to work here, mangers play favorites give hours to people they like instead of hard workers, they say full and part time available but it's really 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.less than part-time! you gotta fight for more hours consistently, it gets very annoying. and they change mangers every month, and they each enforce their own rules, you can get 2 write up in a week for something a previous manger didn't bat a eye too. they lose so many good workers cause of dumb write ups. like making a error while packing or riding on the sidewalk for 2 feet. but if the mangers like you there pretty much let you do whatever you want. play too much favorites here and shift leaders don't do much but eat free food, babysit people and play on their phone. place is very unorganized, my hub lost HALF there workers in two weeks! cause of a new unqualified manger fire most of them for stupid reasons to prove herself cause everyone knows she unqualified . Don't waste your time here! work crap hours and dealing with unqualified mangers that don't know how to run a business
