Had worked there for more than 10 years. Company had a very good culture before 2020. CEO was very supportive and interactive with all the team members.

Everything shifted after the new 'Head of Lab Operations' took over. This individual is highly insecure and manipulative, engaging in office politics and excessive micromanagement. They favor only those who blindly follow their lead. As a result, many long-term team members were forced to leave the organization. This person often requires staff to work beyond regular hours unnecessarily, solely to showcase their ability to manage the team to upper management. They conceal their own mistakes while highlighting those of employees, and there is no room for open discussions—only orders to follow.
