Unsafe job due to very bad financial issues. Very slow development and very unproductive way of doing things. Not recommended for over 2 years gig, mostly because of the salary policy and no trade union agreement that is not necessary in the advantage of the employee long-term. Chaotic onboarding, trainings and procedures. Unefficiency overall. Forced to search for other opportunities.
