      If you are just out of college and are looking to start off in media field it can be a good learning experience. Mostly flexible timings until you complete your work. You can grow in your Marketing tech industry knowledge if you focus on the work and not get caught up in office politics.

      Where do i start - strategy is weak and clarity on what they want to do is not clear. If you are expecting to get paid on time then don't join because its never going to happen. Lot of politics amongst teams. Don't see this as a hit in long run.

      They'll give you a lot of flexibility and will listen to your advice.

      This company does not pay its contractors and will come up with many excuses as to why they aren't paying. It seems like they might be going bankrupt.

      - Good work culture. - Small Small teams with good work environment. - Everyone is approachable easily. Even CEO is just a buzz away. - Lots a employee are working from last 2-3 year and continuing with the organisation. - 5 days working. - No work pressure when you are on leave. - Flexible timing with 9 hour working. - Lot to learn as there is ton of work to do and enhance your skill. - Work more and get extra incentive quarterly apart from monthly salary. - Company provide Transport facility.

      - If you can’t work hard, I will advise you to please do not join. There is a lot to do and learn. - Not for chill and relax. - Transparent work culture, even CEO is keeping eye on you. If you are doing good - appreciate, if not - take another chance. But there are limited chances :)
