Center is overcrowded, reporting structure is poor, HR is off site, schedules change hourly, all other employees are reporting on you and management will take action without asking you, I was hired for 22.50/hr but that only counts for clinical hours. 85% of hours were paid at $15/he. Was offered medical benefits as part of employment, then told they aren’t available until I consistent reach 30 BILLABLE hours per week.
