Vantaggi
Very Casual Dress Code. (I'm talking hoodies, shorts, and, for some people, hats.) You get paid, but be sure to know you're worth. Also, if this has multiple negative flags, you can bet it's the owner, upper management, and the hiring person putting this down.
Svantaggi
Upper Management (or lack thereof) is terrible. No room for growth in the company. A horrible work environment. No one cares about you or your career. Does shady things to get noticed on Google. Details of why not to work here from a glimpse inside: If I could take back my time, I would because this company is a waste. The interviewing process was quick, and I got hired on the spot. (The same case with many other coworkers.) But the whole time the person hiring me seemed uninterested in what I could, as long as I could get the job done, he didn't care. No training due to my experience and was sat down in an unprepared desk, even though they knew I was starting half a week ago. Management does not exist and will leave you to fend for yourself until you make a mistake. The upper staff will then to proceed to lecture you about why you don't know this stuff when again never trained a new member. I quit after two and a half weeks, after finally having enough of this unprofessional atmosphere. The final straw was when they decide to use the discord chat, that they use for work, and publicly lectured another coworker about their "bad" job. When I suggested that they move this chat into a one-on-one discussion, the upper staff that was criticizing the other worker, messaged me privately about my inappropriate behavior. An hour later, I was called into the office to be "talked to" about my poor attitude and "questioning" a supervisor. (Didn't even know he was one and at that point didn't care.) While in the meeting, no HR representative present and the person who I called-out on the action proceeds to go off on a tangent about how I don't know anything because I just started. Every time I spoke, they spoke over me. I would have apologized initially, but as the meeting went on, I had to grit my teeth. There was no mediation about a new workers misconception of who he was talking to, but only beratement of the fact that someone questioned their authority. In summary, unless you need experience and/or need money badly DO NOT WORK HERE! You will learn nothing, be expected to do busywork, and talked about in another language in front of you. (I know this because some words couldn't be translated and said were said in English.) Overall a bad experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
