Not too many off the top of my head besides learning how to make marble and granite countertops and shower bases.

Lazy, Lazy, Lazy. All the way from the top of the chain of command to the bottom of the barrel. Nobody owns up to their mistakes and ultimately it is taken out on the employee with less tenure. Owner/President does not care for the well-being of the employees but only cares about making sure he makes money on a daily basis, even at the expense of employee safety.

Pay too low, which is perhaps the only reason I left the organization.. Would go back in a heartbeat for better pay.
