Lots of list purchasing and webinar promotions. Events personnel is positioned as marketing expert. No real project coordination. Poor website management. Marketing exists as a sales tech support team, troubleshooting multiple technology issues - no real marketing. 2 to 3-month turnaround for most marketing technology troubleshooting. No real marketing direction. High turnover. Not a very inclusive work environment. Siloed work. Team is slow to respond and more than likely building ideas from your ideas without including you. Excessive surveillancing; multiple people CCed on your emails so they know who you are working with and when. Hysteria.
